Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Dragados. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, including submittals, RFI's, shop drawings, quality control and safety records.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting project managers with schedule development, updates, and mitigation
  • Performing project cost control
  • Assisting the estimating department with project takeoff and gathering vendor/subcontractor quotes
  • Assisting project superintendents and managers with subcontractor supervision
  • Maintaining reports and logs of contract deliverables
  • Assisting the project team with issue mitigation

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in construction management or electrical construction. AutoCAD/BIM experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a primary main office-based role with occasional construction field office relocation within Greater Boston. The successful candidate will be required to travel to jobsites within the Greater Boston area.

Salary range: $68,000 - $78,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
