Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the plant maintenance department, ensuring continuous production operations, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department
  • Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation activities to ensure continuous production operations
  • Responsible for eliminating causes of failure and ensuring full useful equipment life
  • Leading plant-specific vision and mission to assure continuous improvement and alignment with the corporate vision
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goal attainment
  • Managing maintenance and engineering projects including expense, improvement modifications, and capital projects
  • Manage external contractors
  • Plans and provides for an adequate supply and ensures control over spare parts and maintenance supplies (inventory management)
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inspection reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
  • 7+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment along with 2 years of supervisor/manager experience
  • Proven experience in project management execution
  • Experience TPM and/or Lean initiatives
  • Experience predictive/preventive maintenance programs
  • Budget planning and managing
  • Ability to work in a changing and multi-task environment
Compensation

The typical hiring range for this role is $105,129 to $159,134 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
