The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations successfully in the key areas of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Process Improvement. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in overseeing a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and motivate a large team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide daily hands-on leadership by communicating daily goals and productivity performance requirements.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget by optimizing efficiency and monitoring costs.
  • Manage Production metrics to achieve desired targets, reduce costs, and eliminate errors.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to perform analysis of inventory and ensure inventory is being used effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems, complete projects, and identify and address areas of opportunity.
  • Manage the department budget including cost control measure and resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of Operations/Production Management or Related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Operations or Related.
