At Little Caesars, we're a company where our colleagues make an impact. We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and help us drive strategic initiatives forward.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic projects and programs. This will involve developing, documenting, and managing project charters, budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as change management plans and communications.

You will translate business goals and objectives into concrete strategic and tactical plans, building and maintaining relationships across Little Caesar Enterprises (LCE) and having access to confidential and sensitive information.

How You'll Make an Impact
  1. Manage the full life cycle of enterprise-wide, highly complex, and strategic projects, including project initiation, charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), planning, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Collaborate with business unit leaders to define performance and service levels, managing costs, driving excellence in outcomes, and mitigating risks.
  3. Create service level agreements (SLA's) and monitor vendor/contractor performance against SLA's during the life of the project.
  4. Drive organizational change, communication initiatives, and identification and resolution of risk management, utilizing corporate Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other resources as needed.
  5. Work with customer groups to project scope, financials, timelines, and project milestones to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and consistent with stakeholder expectations.
  6. Advise management of any issues requiring intervention.
  7. Collaborate with functional departments on staff utilization, development of processes and procedures, training, and change management.
  8. Act in a liaison role between the PMO, internal business units, and other service providers to ensure functional requirements are understood and they have what they need to support projects.
  9. Develop and track pre- and post-project metrics.
  10. Build and maintain relationships across business units, participate in cross-functional committees, and build project committee schedules.
  11. Follow standard project management industry standards that meet or exceed LCE requirements. Keep current on industry standards and make recommendations that will enhance PMO and International operations.
Who You Are

We're looking for a talented Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area of study. You'll have at least three years' experience in developing strategies that move projects forward, setting goals, creating and implementing action plans, and evaluating outcomes.

Previous experience in formal or informal leadership of project teams, work groups, or departments is a plus. You'll have demonstrated experience managing vendors and contractors to ensure service level compliance, tracking labor costs, and facilitating collaboration with colleagues.

Evidence of ability to identify stakeholders, build relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and actively monitor the execution of a diverse range of projects is essential.

Previous experience with project metrics and proof of ability to generate, maintain, and report on project metrics is also required.

Demonstrated ability to research and develop business cases, draw conclusions, and make sound business-oriented recommendations is a must.

Evidence of ability to prioritize workload and projects with the flexibility to rapidly adapt to changes in priorities is also essential.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Workfront project management software or other project management applications is required.

Evidence of ability to prioritize and handle multiple complex projects and priorities is also essential.

Proof of analytical and problem-solving skills developed from sound business judgment and experience is a must.

Demonstrated active listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external audiences is essential.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Where You'll Work
