Position Overview:
Join Genesis as a Nursing Unit Supervisor where you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of exceptional care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and satisfaction for patients/residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and oversee the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
- Ensure that patient/resident care delivery aligns with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis HealthCare, adhering to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in the assigned nursing unit.

Human Resource Management:
- Manage human resources within the assigned unit, including minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing nursing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
