About the Role

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and teamwork. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer transactions, including order processing and sales inquiries, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Generate customer orders, estimates, and service recommendations based on product details, quantities, and pricing.
  • Verify product accuracy, quantities, and pricing on all orders to guarantee precision and efficiency.
  • Provide daily customer support to address inquiries and needs promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records and files for efficient tracking and communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with management to develop corrective actions aligned with company goals and objectives.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to handle practical issues and scenarios, applying creative solutions as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining high standards in all forms of communication, including emails and presentations.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
