About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Mental Health Unit, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, and we are seeking a skilled and empathetic nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
