Management Recruiters International is seeking an experienced SBA Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of our loan operations department, you will be responsible for verifying and compiling application information for SBA loans.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and review credit, financial, and documentation files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Open escrow and order preliminary title reports as required.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain necessary reports, including flood certifications, business and personal credit reports, and UCC searches.
- Request SBA loan authorization through eTran or other means.
- Submit and coordinate SBA loan submissions, including application input through E-tran.
- Prepare loan documents through LaserPro and Lending Solutions, and review for accuracy.
- Manage the loan pipeline and provide timely follow-up with internal and external parties.
- Verify the accuracy of information provided and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Work closely with the Loan Operations Funding Department to ensure SBL procedures are followed in the closing and funding of loans.
- May be required to provide secondary support for SBA loan servicing and liquidation activities.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a loan processor and servicing SBA loans.
- Knowledge of financial and collateral documentation for various loan types.
- Knowledge of legal entity borrowing structures, including Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, Partnerships, and Tenant in Common structures.
- Knowledge of required reviews and verifications through the Secretary of State, and the type of entity documentation required for each type.
- Knowledge of Flood Insurance Compliance and required documentation.
- Knowledge of Environmental Reports, such as EDR and Phase I.
- Knowledge of related compliance concerns for Income Property lending.
- Knowledge of Loan Closing processes and required documentation.
