As a Loan Processor at Royal Business Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and compliant flow of loans through our internal processing systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble loan files, obtain necessary documentation, and review files for completeness and accuracy prior to submission for underwriting.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers to gather necessary information and assemble complete loan files.
- Ensure all required documentation is received, reviewed, and updated to meet regulatory requirements.
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Obtain and verify underwriting and funding conditions to ensure loan approval and closing.
- Submit loan files for final approval to underwriting and maintain a pipeline of loans for timely and compliant processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of current mortgage loan processing experience.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in loan processing software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred.
