Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to enhance our Investments team. This role involves identifying investment opportunities and conducting thorough due diligence across various private market asset classes, including private equity, private credit, and real assets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the deal process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the investment team to conduct in-depth research and evaluate private investment opportunities.
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential investments in private funds and co-investments.
  • Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships.
  • Support all phases of the investment process, including due diligence and preparation of materials for investment committee presentations.
  • Work alongside legal, accounting, and fund administration teams to facilitate transactions and manage the investment portfolio.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the investment platform.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree and/or CFA designation being advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, with additional experience in credit and/or real assets considered a plus.
