About the Role
As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our guests at the Science City gift shop. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere where visitors can explore and discover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting the management team with daily operations.
- Ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Interact with visitors to provide an entertaining and memorable experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, with a focus on customer service and cash handling.
- Strong skills in merchandising and product presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
