About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Joseph Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice and direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
  • Communicate with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
  • Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Ventilator management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
