Logistics Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our Operations Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of our products from the warehouse to our delivery trucks.

• Accurately pull orders based on pick tickets to prepare shipments for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and around production equipment.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing products to ensure accountability and accuracy.
• Restock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Operate industrial power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas for easy access.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to appropriate locations.
• Load and unload trailers and route trucks as required.
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets, utilizing industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move products to ensure proper stock rotation and date code accuracy.
• Meet productivity standards while adhering to safety and manufacturing practices.
• Follow all company regulations, policies, and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 - 1 year of general work experience.
• Prior experience in warehouse or production environments is advantageous.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
• Problem-solving skills to address warehouse and production challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace.
• Commitment to safety and quality management practices.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
• Work may involve walking, talking, and using hands to handle objects.
