Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role within the Operations Team, tasked with accurately fulfilling orders based on pick tickets to prepare products for delivery. This role also encompasses general responsibilities related to the physical handling of products, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull orders based on pick tickets for loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and around production equipment.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing products to ensure accountability and accuracy.
  • Restock and replenish inventory as necessary.
  • Operate industrial power equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods to specified locations.
  • Load and unload trailers and route trucks as required.
  • Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
  • Manually lift and move products to ensure proper stock rotation and date code accuracy.
  • Meet productivity standards consistently.
  • Adhere to safety standards and good manufacturing practices.
  • Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0 - 1 year of general work experience.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, production, or equipment service is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods while operating equipment.
  • Work involves walking, talking, and using hands to handle objects.

Work Environment

  • The work environment may be moderately noisy due to operational equipment.
  • Some areas may be slippery due to production processes.
  • Heavy forklift traffic is present in the warehouse area.
