We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team at Electra Aero. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving transformative projects and managing contracts from inception to fruition.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive contract strategies to ensure compliance with internal and government regulations.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners to mitigate business risk and drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide expert guidance to business development teams during the proposal process to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  1. Subcontract Management:
  • Collaborate with supply chain and program teams to establish and maintain subcontracts that meet project objectives and mitigate supplier risks.
  • Develop and implement subcontract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and hold subcontractors accountable for their commitments.
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Draft and negotiate partnership agreements with strategic customers and major suppliers to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to ensure mutual benefits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Contract Administration:
  • Develop and maintain a repository of legal templates for customer contracts, supplier terms and conditions, and other agreements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in contract management or relevant disciplines.
  • Expertise in U.S. government contracts and FARs, with a focus on Small Business Programs.
  • Experience with U.S. export control laws.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a knack for communication.
  • Ability to lead contract execution independently and uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Law Degree.
  • Prior experience in program management, especially in tech-driven industries.
  • Advanced degree and aerospace experience are pluses.
