About the Role
">We are looking for an experienced LPN to work closely with our multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
">- ">
- Supporting lab tracking, injections, procedures, patient care, form completion, clinic and infusion preparation">
- Managing prescription renewals and authorizations with delegation protocols">
- Interpreting diagnostic test instructions, assisting with procedures, and obtaining diagnostic results from our clinical information system">
Required Qualifications
">To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
">- ">
- Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing">
- Current LPN licensure to practice nursing in Michigan">
- Three (3) years or more of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic/ambulatory care setting">
Desired Qualifications
">Prior experience in an ambulatory care clinic setting, electronic medical record systems, and proficiency with computer skills would be highly beneficial.
