We are seeking a highly skilled Clerical Admin to join our team at Community Staffing Resources, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our team
  • Managing and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handling incoming work requests and answering inquiries
  • Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems
  • Performing photocopying, scanning, and faxing tasks
  • Sending emails and preparing outgoing mailings and packages
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in an office environment in a clerical administrative type of position.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Highly detail-oriented
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong customer service focus for both internal and external customers
  • Must pass a criminal background check
