About the RoleMorrison Healthcare is seeking a skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our team in an Acute Care setting. This role involves overseeing patient food services, hiring and developing staff members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing goals, implementing patient food services needs, and collaborating with medical direction to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.

Estimated Salary: $82,000 - $92,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs
  • Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
  • Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals
  • Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies
Requirements
  • Associate degree with one (1) year work experience in food services or related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian, preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service management preferred in an acute care setting
