YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:
A Pharmaceutical Care Technician plays a vital role at AHF by demonstrating the competencies outlined for a Level I Technician as specified in the AHF Pharmacy Policy, Procedure, and Training manual, along with the specific responsibilities associated with this position.
This role enhances AHF's reputation by being mindful of the stigma surrounding HIV and related comorbidities, recognizing the challenges of managing chronic illnesses, understanding barriers to care, and prioritizing the confidentiality and privacy needs of patients.

The Pharmaceutical Care Technician will collaborate closely with a cohesive team to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and referral sources to facilitate the exchange of patient information and medication management plans.
Licenses/ Certifications:
State pharmacy technician license (if applicable), PTCB, IMZ, CPR preferred.
