Lifetime HOA Management is seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Admin Assistant to support our team.
About the Role:You will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients, ensuring clear communication, prompt responses, and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative duties, such as document preparation, filing, proofing, editing, time management, notarizing, and other tasks that support day-to-day operations.
- Manage and coordinate schedules and calendars for team members.
- Facilitate communication across teams to maintain alignment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative support, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
