• Regularly inspects meat and seafood products for freshness, paying close attention to expiration dates.

• Provides exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with product selection at the meat counter; this includes promoting and upselling products.
  • Receives and verifies shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
  • Ensures promotional materials and recipe cards are available at point-of-purchase locations.

• Operates various equipment such as knives, scales, and packaging machines safely and effectively.

• Monitors temperature controls throughout the meat and seafood preparation process.

• Prepares a variety of meat and seafood items, ensuring the use of correct ingredients and cooking methods.

• Organizes and rotates meat products in coolers and freezers to maintain freshness.

Qualifications
