This includes managing Emergency Room, Outpatient, and Inpatient admissions, as well as receiving and disseminating information to relevant hospital departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with department personnel, physicians, office staff, supervisors, and other hospital departments.

Responsibilities
  • Process patient admissions and registrations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receive and disseminate information to relevant hospital departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with department personnel to resolve issues and improve patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in medical or medical insurance areas preferred.
