Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals? Do you enjoy guiding youth in their academic pursuits or helping them explore new interests? The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Horns is currently seeking dedicated part-time professionals (with full-time opportunities during summer) to fill the role of Youth Engagement Specialist.
This position is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about imparting essential life skills to young people, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, fostering positive relationships, and encouraging responsible citizenship and lifelong learning.
We are looking for team members who are proactive, energetic, and imaginative; individuals capable of designing and executing engaging daily programs for youth.
Work Schedule: 2:30 PM - 6 PM on school days and 8-hour shifts during non-school days.
Wage Range: $12.00 to $15.00/hour, depending on experience.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming offers after-school programs designed to promote positive youth development, establish trusting relationships with adults and peers, provide academic support through enrichment activities and homework assistance, and create opportunities for youth to discover and nurture their interests.
With eleven locations across various communities, we provide a safe and welcoming environment for children who require our support the most.
We cater to children from kindergarten through high school, fostering an atmosphere where every child believes in their ability to succeed, empowering them to achieve our three key outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
