About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our team at The Boldt Company. As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development and implementation, from original concept to final implementation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Actively engage in day-to-day safety activities, implement the Safety Culture Improvement Plan, and lead a "we care" mindset to ensure everyone goes home safely.
  • People: Lead architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders in resolving issues related to plans, specifications, and field constraints. Empower and lead a high-performance team to grow the organization and build operating efficiency.
  • Quality: Assure the team has a comprehensive understanding of contract documents, lead the implementation of the Quality Management System, and develop cost estimates.
  • Schedule: Lead the Boldt Production System, master scheduling, production strategies, and make work ready. Lead subcontractor trade coordination meetings and look ahead planning meetings.
  • Cost: Negotiate change orders, manage information on changes in the work, and provide technical support for cost control.
  • Risk: Prepare a detailed contract items list, develop trade scope of work documents, and participate in the close-out process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field.
  • Seven or more years of related experience.
  • Solid understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, interact, and communicate optimally with others.
  • Understanding of successful project delivery, including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to apply innovative management techniques to inspire and empower teams.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 Office Suite.
