Job Responsibilities - Front Counter

  • Provide warm and engaging interaction with customers, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
  • Clearly communicate Martinizing services and processes to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Check in customer orders, inspect, sort, and tag garments for cleaning, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solve customer problems as needed, providing effective solutions and communicating with customers in a professional manner.
  • Process customer payments and discounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Perform standard opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Job Responsibilities - Back of House

  • Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet Martinizing quality control standards.
  • Assemble finished garments, ensuring they are properly prepared for customer pickup.
  • Bag completed orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Scan completed bagged orders to the conveyor, streamlining the process and ensuring efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, demonstrating a strong ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Dry cleaning experience is considered an asset, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and its processes.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • An understanding of textiles and garments is helpful, providing a solid foundation for providing exceptional service and ensuring garments are properly cared for.
