Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building and Systems Engineering Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our package handling facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including AC and DC systems, motors, and control stations.
  • Inspect and maintain mechanical components, such as motors, reducers, and conveyor belts.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections on plant equipment, including conveyors and power industrial equipment.
  • Weld equipment and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Strong electrical and mechanical background, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with other hub employees.
  • Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in a 24 x 7 operation.
  • Must pass electrical assessment.
