As part of the US Medical Affairs division, the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is tasked with engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from various institutions and organizations within the designated geographical area. This role will focus on their Oncology portfolio, encompassing both liquid and solid tumors.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish relationships with KOLs in the assigned region while fostering and nurturing scientific collaborations with KOLs from academic institutions and the broader community.
- Plan and implement initiatives within the designated territory, ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners in strategic alliances, as well as engage KOLs in advisory boards, consultancy meetings, and other scientific gatherings.
- Communicate significant medical insights to company stakeholders derived from field interactions and provide competitive scientific information succinctly.
Qualifications: A PhD, PharmD, MD, or DNP is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Experience in Oncology within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is essential.
