ADPma, LLC. is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team of engineering professionals. This role is pivotal in enhancing the scope and quality of our project portfolio. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the engineering process throughout the entire lifecycle of development projects, ensuring compliance with FAA standards and facilitating manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revamp existing aerospace projects by applying ADPma's established engineering principles.
  • Employ SolidWorks software to create precise 3D models and technical drawings for engineering, manufacturing, and sales purposes.
  • Collaborate with engineering colleagues on significant projects to address cross-functional issues.
  • Engage in diverse projects related to various aircraft components, including fluid/gas switches, electromechanical devices, actuators, gearing, and other mechanical systems.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of projects to assist ADPma's Business Development and Sales Teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience as a mechanical/design engineer, preferably in aerospace or federal contracting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques aimed at enhancing product reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Proficient understanding of GD&T fundamentals.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SolidWorks software.
  • Adept at thriving in a high-performance, rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers.
  • Proactive individual who seeks to improve processes and takes responsibility for their designated area.
  • Attention to detail and documentation, coupled with a practical understanding of engineering and manufacturing workflows.
  • Willingness to actively participate and contribute to project completion.
  • Enjoys simplifying complex challenges and achieving clarity in chaotic situations.
