Radiology Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Engagement Specialist to join our team at MedQuest Associates LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving radiology growth through the maintenance and development of new and established referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed forecasted net revenue budget by increasing volume and revenue with new and existing referral sources
- Improve strategic engagement and deliver on expectations surrounding sales process and call activity compliance, call frequency, and call routing to assigned physicians
- Develop and maintain a complete and current territory route, utilizing clinical tools available to increase referral sources
- Engage referring physicians offices utilizing MQ sales process to promote system radiology services
- Attend and participate in health system events to represent radiology service line
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Minimum of 2-4 years prior sales experience
- Proven leadership skills and strong record of achievement
- Network development experience
- Customer service, motivation for sales, meeting goals & forecasts, closing skills, territory & call route management, prospecting skills, self-confidence, industry & clinical knowledge, presentation skills, interpersonal relationships
