Radiology Sales Specialist

The Radiology Sales Specialist is responsible for driving radiology growth through the maintenance and development of new and established referral sources while utilizing a consultative sales technique. The Specialist will exemplify excellent communication, collaboration and support skills demonstrated through collaborative networking with operations, IT, various JV partner departments and other Radiology Engagement Specialists.


Responsibilities


Achieve/Exceed Forecasted/Net Revenue Budget:

• Exceed quarterly radiology goals by increasing volume and revenue with new and existing referral sources

Responsibilities:

• Improve strategic engagement & deliver on expectations surrounding sales process and call activity compliance, call frequency, and call routing to assigned physicians

• Deliver effective and compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood by the market

• Execute messaging and meaningful interactions that apply personality profiling to drive new business and revenue

• Develop quarterly business plans with measurable goals and focus/target accounts

• Plan and establish strategic call routing cycle to maximize call effectiveness

• Meet a minimum of 12-15 daily face to face visits

• Complete daily call note documentation within Salesforce

• Engage referring physicians offices utilizing MQ sales process to promote system radiology services

• Attend & participate in health system events (in JV markets) to represent radiology service line

Market & Clinical Intelligence:

• Develop and maintain a complete and current territory route

• Utilize clinical tools available to increase referral sources (PACS, NH Link)


Qualifications


Education:

• Undergraduate degree or higher

Prior Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years prior sales experience

• Proven leadership skills and strong record of achievement

• Network development experience
