PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee both internal and external teams
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Leading and executing exceptional editorial coverage
- Formulate comprehensive PR strategies for all brands
- Manage relationships with PR agencies
- Direct product coverage and engage with key media personnel
- Utilize social media platforms for effective communication
Impeccable execution of public relations events
- Design strategies for PR events
- Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
Talent management
- Identify and cultivate Global Brand Ambassadors
- Drive media coverage and opportunities for Brand Ambassadors
- Generate editorial opportunities for brand visibility
- Foster relationships with talent management teams
Enhancing Revlon's philanthropic initiatives
- Boost awareness of Revlon's contributions
- Improve media coverage of charitable endeavors
- Execute philanthropic initiatives with precision
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Media training is advantageous
- Expertise in press relations
- Background in entertainment PR is a plus
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing
- 10+ years of relevant experience
