Job Description: Visually Impaired Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Visually Impaired Support Assistant with TEEMA Group. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with visually impaired students.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  1. Adapt classroom materials to meet the needs of visually impaired students.
  2. Monitor student progress and behavior, maintaining communication with school and program staff.
  3. Assist students in entering/leaving buildings, moving between classes, and boarding buses.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience with visually impaired or multi-disabled children.
