At TEEMA Group, we are seeking an experienced School Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' ability to participate fully in their educational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational performance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all professional activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
