Job Title: Electronics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, FL. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, configuring, testing, documenting, and troubleshooting avionics equipment subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop avionics equipment subsystems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues
  • Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders to integrate avionics subsystems and components
  • Manage technical aspects of program strategic partners and suppliers
  • Develop and implement requirements for avionics systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university
  • 2 years of related professional/military experience in engineering
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Demonstrated experience with aircraft cockpit avionics
  • Experience with Control Account Management (CAM) and project cost, schedule, and risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret security clearance
  • Experience with system modeling and requirements management tools
  • Experience with integration of COTS/MOTS electronics into airborne military systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
