Help Desk Engineer Opportunity

Bit By Bit Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Help Desk Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for client systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of client systems and technical issues
  • Manage client IT hardware inventory and ensure accurate tracking
  • Deliver user onboarding and offboarding services, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Support audio/visual conference services and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in remote desktop support, network monitoring, and antivirus deployment
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain and File Server Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products and experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MSP experience and experience supporting law firms
  • Network certifications and training in Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco
  • Firewall and switch administration experience
