Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Direct Engineering Staff: Provide guidance and support to our engineering team, ensuring they have the resources and expertise needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Facilities and Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and meet regulatory standards.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure our facilities and equipment are properly maintained and minimize downtime.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the budget and resources for our facilities and equipment, ensuring we are using our resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2-year Technical Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or facilities management.
  • 5 years' Experience in Facilities Engineering and/or Maintenance: Proven experience in facilities engineering and/or maintenance, with a strong understanding of building systems and equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of Supervisory Experience: Experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Certified Pool Operators License: A certified pool operators license.
  • MN State Boilers License: A MN state boilers license.
