As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will be responsible for operating the front-end equipment, processing member purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized area. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have
Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Process member purchases, assist with payments, and operate front-end equipment

Requirements

Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks at once
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time, assisting members quickly and accurately

What You'll Do

As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures. This includes conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management. You will also provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns. Additionally, you will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
