Essential Qualifications:
Active (or eligible) New Mexico RN license is mandatory.
A minimum of seven years in the healthcare sector, including at least three years in a managerial capacity.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, with an advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) highly preferred.
Experience in a for-profit healthcare facility is strongly favored.
Proven track record in assembling a team dedicated to quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.
Position Overview:
The Director of Cardiovascular Services at HIKINEX will oversee all facets of cardiovascular operations. This includes mentoring and managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and maintaining accountability for the program's financial performance and efficiency.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is essential. Advanced degrees such as MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA are strongly encouraged.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of seven years in the healthcare field, with at least three years in a leadership role. Experience in a for-profit hospital setting is highly preferred. Strong background in leadership, program development, budget management, and clinical operations is required. Exceptional interpersonal and human relations skills are a must.
Licensure Requirements:
Current NM RN license is required.
Certification Requirements:
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
This position is a full-time exempt role.
