Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at HealthONE Hospice & Family Care. As a paraprofessional member of our interdisciplinary group, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Observe patients and report any changes or concerns to the Hospice Director or Director of Clinical Services
  • Document observations and care provided
  • Provide positive communication techniques to patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and respect
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Additional education/training as required by the State
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
  • Must have valid driver's license
