Role Overview

The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with delivering high-caliber consultative recruitment solutions for a diverse clientele. This role encompasses both the management of existing client relationships and the proactive pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, integrating recruitment strategies with regional business objectives to enhance organizational efficiency and maximize profit generation.

  • Exemplify a strong work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of various business facets.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to advance recruitment efforts and create new opportunities in competitive markets.
  • Compile reports to provide current assessments of recruitment activities and pipelines to management.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to refine processes and enhance return on investment.
  • Align with key performance indicators to assess overall success and effectiveness.
  • Enhance client engagement to optimize revenue potential.
  • Demonstrate Airswift's complete range of services in both internal and client-facing scenarios.
  • Manage complex situations involving clients and consultants, effectively addressing issues or delegating to the appropriate internal departments while knowing when to escalate matters to management.
  • Actively engage in sharing market insights and business development intelligence through internal communication platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in agency recruitment, ideally in a full-cycle recruitment role with a focus on retained search.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail; proficient in MS Office applications.
  • In-depth understanding of the Process, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors, including compliance and taxation knowledge.
  • Ability to manage costs effectively.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing sales opportunities across service offerings.
  • Adept at problem-solving and negotiation, with a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for clients and the organization.
