This position involves conducting comprehensive building assessments for retail clients, identifying exterior and interior coating problems, and examining the building envelope for design or construction deficiencies.
Responsibilities- Conduct building assessments to identify coating problems and design or construction deficiencies
- Examine the building envelope to identify potential issues
- Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or related field
- Ability to travel extensively for 3-4 weeks at a time
- Experience with construction, repair, and/or renovation of commercial buildings
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints or as-built drawings
- Experience with concrete slabs, concrete polishing, and/or roofing
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
