Job Description

KTA-Tator, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Building Inspector to travel throughout the United States. This position involves conducting comprehensive building assessments for retail clients, identifying exterior and interior coating problems, and examining the building envelope for design or construction deficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct building assessments to identify coating problems and design or construction deficiencies
  • Examine the building envelope to identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or related field
  • Ability to travel extensively for 3-4 weeks at a time
  • Experience with construction, repair, and/or renovation of commercial buildings
  • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints or as-built drawings
  • Experience with concrete slabs, concrete polishing, and/or roofing
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
