  • Conduct monthly reviews of interest reserve logs to confirm timely interest payments; collaborate with Loan Help to address any discrepancies.
  • Digitally upload and archive approved and funded draw packages.
  • Examine completed draw packages and finalize files.
  • Ensure that all closed loan disbursement packages are comprehensive and that final draw totals align with FISERV DNA.
  • In the absence of the appraisal coordinator, manage the ordering and necessary evaluations of appraisal reports.
  • Assist in processing draw requests.

Qualifications for the Construction Loan Servicing Specialist:

  • At least 2 years of experience in banking, ideally within a Loan Operations or Servicing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with intermediate to advanced skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Capable of handling challenging situations professionally.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
