Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinic LPN to join our team at Health First Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians in all procedures as instructed, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collect and process blood and/or samples using sterile techniques, and direct them to the correct laboratory for processing.
- Administer medications as ordered, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide leadership and support to ancillary nursing and patient care teams, maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical wound care setting.
- Assist in the use of equipment and materials in a cost-effective manner, completing all documentation supporting billable activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assessment of patients' vital signs, drug allergies, and descriptions of patients' complaints on all charts.
- Under the supervision of an RN, case manage patients with their wound care, applying dressings as ordered by the physician.
- Current Florida LPN licensure.
- Must hold and maintain current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, ability to work in stressful environments, and assess and quickly interpret data.
- Demonstrate leadership ability, flexibility, and knowledge of exposure to biohazardous waste, MSDA substances, and unknown diseases.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, with frequent walking, standing, running, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, or crouching. The physical demands of this role include lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, with or without assistance. The workspace may vary from open to confined, on-site or remote, and may require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter.
