Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Golf Operations Attendant to join our team at Prairie Highlands Golf Club in Olathe, Kansas. As a Golf Operations Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our guests and members by providing exceptional service and ensuring the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings
  • Provide sincere and courteous service to guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
  • Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area
  • Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Brown Golf Management
  • Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play, and so forth
  • Perform range maintenance such as presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day
  • May direct the start of play
  • Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
  • Service the customer who is renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
  • Assist with food and beverage activities
  • Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and up to one month of related experience or training is preferred. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is also necessary.
