Overview

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing complex medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

About the Role
This is a field-based position where you will travel to hospital and surgical facilities to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide calibration and installation support as needed. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers and enhancing the Auxo Medical brand across the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on medical equipment, including sterilizers, washers, ultrasonic, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues
- Provide calibration and installation support as needed
- Build positive relationships with customers and enhance the Auxo Medical brand
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements
- Associate's degree in electronics, mechanics, or similar discipline, or equivalent technical training certification
- High school diploma with 3 years of experience, or 1 year of experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or similar field service repair and maintenance
- Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience using a computer tablet and/or PC
- Understanding of computer programs and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation required
