Job Title: Home-Based Pediatric Rehabilitation Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with pediatric patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home-Based Pediatric Rehabilitation Professional, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing in-home therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
  • Provide in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with varying diagnoses.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients' families through regular communication and updates on treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans addressing the diverse needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.
  • Current BLS License.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
