Dialysis Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your technical skills and genuine passion for patient care will enable you to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent) for experienced PCTs.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and safety.
