Child Intervention Specialist

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Child Interventionists/ABA Behavior Technicians. As a Child Interventionist, you will have the opportunity to teach young children affected by autism essential life skills, such as communication, socialization, and sharing.

- Bring calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism
- Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home) to teach essential skills
- Make the home-session fun by teaching through play-based activities
- Requires 10-20 hours per week, with at least 15 hours per week dedicated to training in the first 3 weeks of employment
- High School diploma
- A love and passion for working with children
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
- Available at least 3 weekdays
- Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

- $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications
- Coursework and Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Drive-time pay between sessions
- Tuition Assistance
- Supervision towards BCBA credential available
