Key Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures, including routine and special exams, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Mammography registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) required.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mammography or related field preferred.
