Mechanical Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Sargent & Lundy, LLC. As a key member of our Mechanical Engineering Department, you will play a critical role in designing and developing mechanical systems for our nuclear power plant.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems, including piping, pumps, and valves, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other plant systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical system issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the nuclear power industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
